Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the CIMAGE Personal Career Plan (PCP) and related services provided by CIMAGE Professional College, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
- Anyone can apply for CIMAGE placement services and programs
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Both current students and external candidates are welcome to use our services

Digital Platform
- Online portal access and management
- Application tracking and status updates
- Communication tools and notifications
- Resource library and career materials
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Report any security breaches or unauthorized access
- Attend scheduled interviews and commitments
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Share false or misleading information
- Impersonate others or create fake profiles
- Use automated tools to access our services
- Interfere with or disrupt our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass or intimidate other users or staff
Payment Terms
Certain premium services may require payment. Payment terms include:
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Payments must be made through authorized channels
- Price changes will be communicated in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
