No Refund Policy

CIMAGE Personal Career plan (PCP) operates under a strict no-refund policy.

All payments made for services, courses, programs, or any other offerings provided by CIMAGE are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Policy Coverage

This no-refund policy applies to all services and payments including but not limited to:

  • Academic fees for all degree programs (BCA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc IT)
  • Placement Cell Portal (PCP) registration and services
  • Career counseling and guidance sessions
  • Skill development and training programs
  • Interview preparation and coaching services
  • Resume building and portfolio development
  • Professional certification courses
  • Technical and soft skills workshops
  • Any additional services or programs offered by CIMAGE

No Exceptions

Please note that no refunds will be provided even in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after payment or enrollment
  • Inability to attend classes or sessions
  • Dissatisfaction with services provided
  • Technical issues or system downtime
  • Personal emergencies or medical conditions
  • Relocation or change in circumstances
  • Course or program cancellation by the institution
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.)

Payment Confirmation

By making any payment to CIMAGE Professional College or the Placement Cell Portal, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this no-refund policy
  • You accept that all payments are final and non-refundable
  • You will not dispute charges or request chargebacks
  • You understand the terms of service before making payment

Alternative Solutions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to student satisfaction. In exceptional cases, we may consider:

  • Transfer of services to a different program or batch
  • Extension of service validity period
  • Additional support or alternative service delivery methods
  • Credit towards future programs (at management discretion)
